Z21 Launch-Pad Training Consultancy Services ("Z21," "we," "us") collects and uses your information as described below.

1. Information we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (apply, vibe-check, onboarding), we collect:

• Name, email, phone
• Business name and description
• Social handle
• Revenue, team size
• Tools you use, pain points, budget, timeline

If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email and where the signup came from.

We also collect some things automatically: the page that sent you here, your browser type, and your IP address, hashed so we never store it raw.

2. How we collect it

Most of this you type into a form yourself. Some of it we collect passively: page views, a session ID that resets after 30 minutes of inactivity, and what you search for in our resource library.

If you fill out the vibe-check, the last question asks whether you want newsletter emails. We only add you if you check that box — we don't sign you up automatically. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we'll take you off the list.

3. Why we collect it

• Score and sort submissions with an automated fit score — a person reviews before anything final
• Send confirmation and follow-up emails
• Improve the site and how our resource search works
• Protect the site from abuse through rate-limiting

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of tools to run this site:

• Resend — sends the emails we send you, including what you submitted
• OpenAI — for some submissions, we send your written answers to generate a summary for internal review
• Vercel Analytics — page and session metrics, no personal identifiers
• Cloudflare D1 — our primary database, this is where everything lives

We don't sell your data. We don't share it outside this list.

5. Cookies

We use one cookie: an admin login session for our own staff. It's not set on your device unless you're logging into our admin panel. Your visit as a site visitor isn't tracked with a cookie — we use your browser's session storage instead, which clears itself and isn't shared across sites.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your submission on file as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hey@z21.build and we'll remove it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you what we have on file
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter — link in every email, or just ask

8. Security

Your IP is hashed, never stored raw. Our admin panel is locked to a fixed list of staff emails and requires a signed session — nobody else can log in.

9. Business use

Z21 is a B2B site. It isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.
